2nd Annual Walk/Run
This event was inspired by a desire to honor our loved ones who have passed away
within our bleeding
disorder community.
In doing so, we would like to
develop a garden &
memorial walk made up of
individual bricks. These may be with the names of our loved ones who have passed,
as well as the people of our
active community and families.
To help offset the cost of this walk, we are
“Walking For The Walk”.

Helmet Safety - View PDF
Summer is coming and children are active with their bicycles, roller blades, scooters and more. Be sure to check for proper fit on their helmets. They need to fit snuggly but positioned properly as well. This is an article presented by one of our nurses, at a Community Night at HOC. It contains useful information about helmets for safety and how to fit them properly. Also, you may schedule an appointment with to review proper fitting of helmets with our nurses. They are more than happy to help with this! J
