Spring Session April 5 - July 6.
Warm, water exercise class at Cp Center 2801 S. Webster Avenue, Green Bay for HOC patients, families and staff. Class is especially beneficial for persons with arthritis and/or joint pain. Attendance at every class is not required (come when you can). You must be 18 years old; wear either a swimsuit or T-shirt and shorts. Aqua shoes (available from HOC) are optional. There is no fee for class but you must call HOC to register prior to attending 1st class.
